RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
ITEMS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION AND SECURELY
PACKAGED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.CUSTOM OR COMMISSIONED PIECES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
UNLESS THEY ARRIVE DAMAGED.

ARRANGE FOR A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND.

CUSTOMER UNLESS THE ITEM IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE.
